Anuga 2019: la più grande manifestazione fieristica al mondo dedicata al Food&Beverage.

Anche quest’anno Italia Alimentari ha partecipato, con i propri marchi Ibis Salumi, Corte Buona e Montagna alla fiera Anuga, a Colonia. La più importante fiera al mondo dedicata al Food&Beverage, svoltasi tra il 5 e il 9 ottobre, ha festeggiato quest’anno il suo centenario.
Questa è stata l’occasione per presentare ai principali clienti e partner l’intera gamma di prodotti e le novità. Come sempre, Ibis Salumi ha portato con sé le grandi eccellenze della salumeria italiana; tra queste le pluripremiate Mortadella Bologna IGP Gran Ducato, Culatta di Busseto e Bresaola della Valtellina IGP. Numerose sono state anche le novità presentate per il libero servizio; dalle referenze a marchio Montagna, veri gioielli della salumeria tradizionale calabrese, ai nuovi tramezzini gourmet a firmati Ibis.

Italia Alimentari, with its brands Ibis Salumi, Corte Buona and Montagna, took part in the Anuga trade fair taking place in Cologne, Germany from October 5 to October 9, 2019. The Anuga fair is the most important food & beverage trade fair in the world, and this year it celebrates its centenary.
Here leading players in the global market have introduced their latest and most innovative products to visitors and other stakeholders. The company represented the Italian excellence in cured products by presenting its key cold cuts such as, amongst others, the award-winning Mortadella Bologna PGI Gran Ducato, Culatta di Busseto and Bresaola della Valtellina PGI. In addition other new specialties have been presented, such as Montagna free service range of products, the jewels of the Calabrian deli meats tradition, and the new gourmet sandwiches.
