Anuga 2017: la più grande manifestazione fieristica al mondo dedicata al Food&Beverage.

Dal 7 alll’11 Ottobre 2017 Ibis Salumi sarà presente ad Anuga, a Colonia, la più importante fiera al mondo dedicata al Food&Beverage. Qui i principali attori del mercato presenteranno i loro prodotti e le loro novità. Come sempre, Ibis porterà con sé le grandi eccellenze della salumeria italiana; tra queste le pluripremiate Mortadella Bologna IGP Gran Ducato, Culatta di Busseto e Bresaola della Valtellina IGP. Numerose saranno anche le novità dal libero servizio che saranno presentate agli oltre 160.000 visitatori attesi.

Ibis Salumi will take part in the upcoming Anuga trade fair taking place in Cologne, Germany from October 7 to October 11, 2017. The Anuga fair is the most important food & beverage trade fair in the world, where leading players in the global market will introduce their latest and most innovative products to visitors and other stakeholders. Ibis will represent the Italian excellence in cured products by presenting its key cold cuts such as, amongst others, the praised Mortadella Bologna PGI Gran Ducato, Culatta di Busseto and Bresaola della Valtellina PGI to the expected 160.000 visitors.
